The aim of the project was to redesign the existing bonus programme in terms of both technology and design. The function was removed from the existing Visana app and implemented as a natively developed, standalone application. The redesign brought the user interface in line with modern standards to ensure a contemporary user experience. The application is available to customers with supplementary medical insurance. It rewards physical activity by tracking steps and active calories and rewarding them with points. The points collected can be exchanged directly for cash.
