We view new technologies as a supportive tool, not a replacement. In future, assideo will use AI to carry out targeted assessments of a project’s status over a specific period.

Project managers and Project Management Offices are all too familiar with the laborious, recurring task of compiling reports to demonstrate the current status of initiatives and projects to management.

assideo will soon feature an interesting function for assessing a project’s status from various perspectives based on data. To do this, the information available in assideo from a specific period is analysed. This includes, for example, recorded risks, reports, tasks, minutes, decisions and changes.

This information is summarised in a detailed project report and presented to the author. This eliminates the need for the time-consuming task of compiling information from sub-projects or work packages. Naturally, the draft reports generated can be customised as required.

Information classified by the company or the author is withheld from and anonymised for the Large Language Model (LLM) involved in the process. The user can add further terms to be anonymised to this mechanism as required. This ensures that the confidentiality of the information is maintained even when AI is used.
